Annual General Meeting 2018

The 2018 AGM of the Mill Road Winter Fair Association will take place on Tuesday 20th March 2018, from 7pm at the Baptist Church Hall at 178 Mill Road. 

All are welcome, whether you're just curious about how the fair works or you want to get involved. Any time you can offer in helping to plan the 2018 fair will be appreciated as well as any feedback you have on last years' fair and how we can make 2018 even better.

We are in particular looking for people to help us with the following roles:

  • Coordinating Events
  • Coordinating a Parade
  • Coordinating Volunteers
  • Coordinating Marketing efforts
  • Coordinating our Social Media Presence

I'd also welcome any help people are willing to offer on the website.
