The food fair will be based in the Gwydir Street Car Park and on St Barnabas Road. Nearby, there will be live music and children’s activities at St Barnabas Church, tai chi on the street, and more children’s activities courtesy of University of Cambridge Museums and Cambridge Storytellers to the rear in the St Barnabas Centre, as well as down the steps beside the bridge at Railway House. There will also be activities in the Bath House, and in the garden of the David Parr House. There will also be yoga at the Bodywise Studio above Dales Brewery on Gwydir Street.
The Argyle Street Housing Co-op will host their usual live music and stalls. Cambridge 105 will broadcast live from outside the former Tescos. The Fair’s HQ will be in the rear of Mill Road Baptist Church, with a quiet space in the church itself. St Philip’s Church is planning a fabulous programme of indoor, family-friendly events and activities.
Back by popular demand, the Shake Your Tail Feather live music spot can be found on the corner of Thoday Street, and the Salisbury Club will be open for interactive activities arranged by Cambridge Hands-On Science.
Please continue to the warm welcome at Romsey Mill, where there will be a fabulous art show and festive activities for all the family. Look out too for the artists participating in Mill Road Open Studios in the streets nearby.
Many of the restaurants, shops and businesses along Mill Road also take part in the Fair by staging their own events, providing special dishes and offers, or raising money for charity.
