Will you be selling alcohol (including mulled wine)?

Yes - Please note that you must complete the relevant part of the risk assessment template to take full responsibility for the risk associated with heating appliances

Do you intend to serve food/drink in biodegradable containers/wrappers, with wooden cutlery if needed?
