We are a small family-run business based in Cambridge. We produce fresh paella, cooked following traditional Valencian recipes and methods. Our paellas are chicken, seafood or vegan. All are gluten-free. Our ingredients are sourced either from Valencia (rice, spices) or from local Cambridge producers (vegetables and meat). We aim to deliver authentic, fresh paella to our customers.
